Add Station Link

Example 1, station ZZZZ left started broadcasting in ISDN Stereo. vTuner has 14.4 and 28.8 listed, but since you have a ISDN modem you can add the ISDN link to station ZZZZ. To add an extra link:

From the 'Favorites' menu select 'Your Extra Link to a Station'
Type in the link address. *(see helper tools below)
Use the 'Test Media Link' button to insure that the link works
Optionally select the Volunteer checkbox to help out fellow vTuner users who might also find this link useful.
If you volunteer a link, optionally submit a comment about it.
Click 'OK'

Example 2, you clicked on the Play button from the main vTuner screen that has a 'Get Link' note. This happens on stations that vTuner is not allowed to directly link to. To add an extra link:

Type in the link address. *(see helper tools below)
Use the 'Test Media Link' button to insure that the link works
Optionally select the Volunteer checkbox to help out fellow vTuner users who might also find this link useful.
If you volunteer a link, optionally submit a comment about it.
Click 'OK'

Helper Tools

We have setup two tools to assist in retrieving the correct media link.

A. Volunteered Links - Searches for links that fellow users have submitted for that station.

Click 'Go' - a list of links should fill up the list box below. If nothing shows up, there were no volunteered links.
Use the 'Test Media Link' button to see if the link works.
Once a successful link is found, click on the 'Set It' button.

B. The Grabber - This tools grabs and displays the RealPlayer recent list for you to pick which station to add.

To use the Grabber:

Play a station that you want to add
Close the RealPlayer
Click on the 'Go To Step 2' button
From the list, choose the link that represents what you left played. You can test out what you want by clicking on the 'Test Media Link' button
When you have found the right link, click on the 'Set it' button
