Schedule Stations, Shows and Events If there is a certain show that you listen to, but do not always remember to tune in, now you can set up a timer to alert you whenever you want. Stations can be set to run once, daily, or weekly. Schedule a Station(s) A From the 'Action' menu select 'Schedule highlighted station' A window will appear displaying more scheduling options.   Choose how often you want the station to run. a) Once - select date and time b) Daily - select time and day (if it is not today) c) Weekly - select time and day of the week d) Click 'OK' B Select a station to schedule a) Select the group your want to view then click on the 'View Group' button or b) Search the station list. Type in your search criteria, then click on the 'Search' button If you know the station you want to schedule, a) Right click the station then select 'Schedule x' or b) From the 'Action' menu select 'Schedule x' Choose how often you want the station to run. a) Once - select date and time b) Daily - select time c) Weekly - select time and day of the week Add a small note if applicable Click 'OK' Schedule Shows or Event(s) To schedule an event, click on the icon next to the event. Be sure your time settings are correctly set.
