Welcome to vTuner:
This tutorial will take you from the basic to the most advanced features of vTuner Plus. Lets start with a brief overview of the main screen.
 
 
  Station List Window:
This is where all information about a station is displayed. For example, the first station is BBC News Channel One, the Format is TV, the Location is London UK, and the Media Type is video.
  Select a station:
Select a station in the Station List Window by clicking on it.
 


Station List Window The Personal Page feature in vTuner Plus is similar to your Favorites group, instead it stores your favorites shows and events. Shows the last 20 stations you played in the Station List Window. New Stations are stations that are recently added to vTuner plus station's database A Favorite Group is a folder containing bookmarks for stations.Favorite Groups can be created, renamed and deleted. Displays the current selected station ratings. The more bars the better the score. Plays a selected station Visit the selected station's Web site The Listings tab will bring you back to the station list display window. For example after browsing the On Now information for the alternative format, click on the listing tab to display all Alternative stations. The On Now Tab allows the user to view and listen to shows and events, as the title suggests, that are happening now or during the next 1 1/2 hour. The Station Info Tab allow you to access information about a selected station. Information such as the name, the location, the format, the local time, the media type and a brief description of the station are all displayed when available. The Browse feature allows you to quickly scan the vTuner list by the location, and station format Search allows you to search the entire vTuner station list. You are able to search for stations, shows or events. The Action menu items can: 

   1.  Play the station broadcast
   2.  Go to the station Web site
   3.  Schedule stations 
   4.  Scan stations
   5.  Tell a friend about a station
   6.  Configure vTuner Options The Favorites menu items can:

   1.  Add, change or delete stations
   2.  Add extra links
   3.  Add stations to Favorite Group
   4.  Remove stations from Favorite Group
   5.  Add, rename or delete a Favorite Group
   6.  Sort stations The Info menu items can:

   1.   Send comments to vTuner or tell a friend about vTuner
   2.   Show the vTuner Help
   3.   Visit the vTuner Message Boards
   4.   Check for vTuner Plus upgrade
   5.   View our Privacy Policy
   6.   Go to vTuner's web site Minimizes vTuner into the system tray Closes vTuner down Displays help based on the screen you are on. Last updated
  Reliability Ratings:
Reliability is based on our continuous testing of each station's connection rate
 
  The Ratings Bar:
The ratings are related to
the selected station and are represented by the amount
of bars shown.
 
  Play Button:
Will launch RealPlayer which will start playing the selected station
 
Go To Web site Button:
Will launch your Web Browser and take you to the selected station's Web site.
 

  Quick Example:
1. Click on any station in the Station List Window
2. Click on the play button
3. RealPlayer will launch and play the station
