This allows for possible problems to occur. Common problems that affect RealPlayer are when a broadcast station is offline, a station has stopped broadcasting totally, Internet congestion, and when a media link is incorrect.   Common RealPlayer 5.0 errors: Error 14 Caused by an incorrect media link. The media link could have been renamed, moved, or deleted. Please let us know and we will try to fix it as soon as possible. Error 19 (1) The broadcaster's server is down. No solution (2) The player has not been configured to use a proxy server or firewall. A solution is to configure the firewall settings (3) If you use the Windows95 RealPlayer and connect to the Internet when using a Windows 16-bit Winsock.
