vTuner's Ratings
Station ratings based on reliability, bandwidth, and sound quality are one of the many unique features offered to vTuner users. Available to users of the Web site and vTuner Plus for Windows software (reliability ratings only available with vTuner Plus), this information is intended to set the correct expectations and minimize frustration with stations that might not always be available.

vTuner's MediaSure™ Technology
vTuner's MediaSure™ proprietary distribution and quality control technology allows us to keep vTuner's station database accurate, up-to-date and reliable. Because Internet radio and TV stations are constantly changing, stations are regularly tested and necessary additions, changes and removals of station data are automatically incorporated into the database.

When MediaSure™ tests a broadcast, it collects and updates important data such as the RealPlayer® codec used and the bandwidth output of the station. Results are tabulated and appropriate ratings for each category are continuously developed and updated. All of these tasks are automatic and invisible to the user. The vTuner ratings allows the user to make informed choices by instantly showing how reliable the station is, what format is being used and what bandwidth the station uses for it's broadcast.

vTuner's Program Listings
vTuner created and manages program listings (scheduled shows) for over 1,500 radio stations. These listings can be used to show "what is on now", "what is on in the future", and to search and browse for specific shows. These listings make it possible for the user to discover a great jazz program on a classical music station or even a cooking show on a rock station.

Streamjack Media Server Technology
Streamjack (www.streamjack.com) is a web based media server. The user puts his media (music, videos, slide shows, etc.) on any PC on a home network on the Internet. They can then browse, manage and play their media on any computer or web connected device on the home network or the Internet. The user can allow family and friends to enjoy their media anywhere on the Internet with guest passwords.

Device Integration Technology
vTuner has developed technology platforms for integrating vTuner Internet Radio and TV tuning services in devices such as Digital Media Adapters. Integration for a particular device includes: tailoring of the station listings to the device player capabilities, updating of applicable station listings, browsing and playing interface, and password protected individual websites for each user to manage his Internet Radio/TV content.

Platforms have been developed for browsing and playing Internet Radio and TV using a small LCD display or using a TV display. Localized versions of vTuner listings are currently available in English, Japanese, German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Dutch. More localized versions will become available as the need arises
