Q. How many radio stations are available, and what is the breakdown by player type?
A. vTuner has about 10,000 stations available. Below is a breakdown of all audio stations.

Q. Do you have agreements with stations to link to them?
A. Stations do not, in general, require or sign agreements for linking to their broadcast streams. We maintain good relations with the broadcasters by respecting their business models when we provide links to their streams.
Q. How do I make sure that I get quality stations?
A. We monitor the streaming quality of all stations in our listing and can provide historic and current quality ratings. These quality ratings may be a part of selecting stations to be included in your tailored database.
Q. How do you protect against unauthorized access to the list?
A. The listings are maintained on vTuner servers. Access to these servers requires secure authentication, which is an integral feature of the vTuner API.
Q. How often would I receive data update?
A. Updates are maintained on vTuner servers. Updates are made available immediately to all devices from our servers. No vTuner data is stored locally on the devices.
Q. May I sublicense your data?
A. You may sublicense our data only when this is explicitly provided for in the agreement between your company and vTuner.
Q. What is the general reliability of Internet Radio stations?
A. From our reliability checking process, we estimate that 70% of stations will work at least 90% of the time, and 80% of stations will connect at least 75% of the time.
